Starting his gaming career at Warner Bros EMEA working explicitly on competitive titles in the digital publishing team, Mason Grove has been in the industry for 4 years. Mason then moved to ESL UK as Business Development Manager and has secured business relationships with both brands and publishers, discovering campaigns in best-practice to position partners in front of ESL’s millennial audience. Being at the forefront of the esports industry in the UK has enabled him to spur the growth of the UK esports industry and has experience in trade shows, live broadcast projects and digital campaigns.
Jacob Harrison is one of ESL UK's Product Managers, a small team at the core of ESL's operations in the UK. Responsible for esports events, tournament and league design and execution, he is intimately acquainted with the realities of esports in 2018. Having led execution on the Vainglory London Unified Championship and the ESL Arena at EGX 2017, he is among the most experienced in his role in the country and offers a unique perspective for people hoping to break into the industry.
