Alex Hayter heads up marketing as Brand Manager at Torn Banner Studios, in a team of 27 people. Alex got his start in games working in marketing and communication roles across various Canadian interactive studios and organizations - spanning everything from mobile gaming to government media funding. He spent several years doing Toronto games community work with organizations such as IGDA Toronto and the Hand Eye Society. Alex has also contributed op-eds to Unwinnable and PC Gamer, and spoke at the 2016 Game Developers Conference in San Francisco.
